Please help/ engine rebuild

Can any one tell me where I can find a rebuild diagram or instructions for the Ofna Force 25 (Titan Deluxe). I have the motor apart but I cannot figure out how to take out the piston and crank?
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Gently pull the conrod off the crank with a pair of needle nose pliers and then slide the sleeve, piston and rod out of the top of the block. As for the crank, it's not going anywhere unless you have the flywheel removed. Once the flywheel is removed, push on the shaft and the crank should back out through the block.

Thanks you for th info, I think I am doing something wrong because when I try to pull the conrod form the crank it does not come fully off enough to push the piston and sleve out. I an not worried about keeping the rod and piston as I have a new one. I will try agian that you for the link this info is like gold to me!!!!!!!!!

As Evollace mentioned, slide the sleeve out first from the top of the block. Once the sleeve is out. the piston and rod will come off the crank.

Good luck with the rebuild! Also, Since you're putting in new internals, don't forget that you need to break in the engine again. Let us know how the rebuild goes.

Jojo, i just want to point somthing out from most of my rebuilds, try using some type of lube while re-assembling the engine, it makes the initial *First* fire up easier, and and it will prevent any parts from being damaged during the rebuild and fire up. 3 in 1 oil always worked for me, also many other "After Running" engine oils work very well too.

Ok, well first I want to say thank you all of your info was very helpful, and secondly the rebuild went very well. There is a but, when I was putting everything back to gether I put the clutch shoes in backwards and the disinagrated and they were alumn. so they melted to the clutch bell. This is ok bescause it give me a reason to upgrade the bel and also change the other gears to steal and basically spend more money
but the motor started up and seems to be very strong, just waiting on the new gears so I can break it in and tear my friends trucks

Hey bud, I traded and recieved the truck on these boards and when I recieved it everything was in the box to rebuild it (good sign it was beat on
) But I do know that my local hobby store can order these parts any LHS should be able to order this for you. As far as how many gallons I dont know I have never ran a car that long that I've needed to rebuild it, but this motor was very sluggish and I was gonna get rid of the truck because it was beat but since the motor rebuild went so well and it is as strong if not stronger (because I polished and ported it) than a new one so now I will rebuild the whole truck and make it a new one (thinking maybe a dual motor conversion)

Hey Jojo, just wondering, what kinda tools did you use to *Port and Polish* the sleeve? How much meat did you take off, and which ports did you take it from? Ive ported a few 23cc and 30cc performance 2 strokes before, and i used diamond bits to cut the ports, i didnt polish them do too the fact that the diamond bits are so fine and precise, polishing wasnt required. I ported a RB Concept motor for a guy that was racing 1/8th scale buggys, and used the same bits, turned out great, the buggy had loads of torque, and revved alot higher. Ofcourse, tuning adjustments had to made to go with added port volume (Richer settings), but once the engine was tuned for peak performance, she hauled!! Let me know....

Well I basically rounded off all edges and where ever metal meets metal I did my best to make that flush so that air flow is much smoother (which is the whole idea). I have to be honest it is the first time I have done this and I used a dremel with a grinding bit
but I was gental and then I polished it the only way I know how again with the dremel and the polishing tool and I used and Aluminum Polish. you can get that at any automotive body shop supply center.
And if any of you are doing this for the first time I strongly suggest TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!Be patient and if you get stuck come to the boards there are a lot of people out here that really know what they are doing. That is the only reason I was able to get mine done........Thanks again guys!!!!!!!!!
