Well my bad. I checked with it owner last night. He retrofitted the retracts himself. He did such a good job I thought it was factory fitted!

He also told me the only issue with the plane is cowl and covering does not fade evenly and advises to spray the whole plane with 2K automotive clear cote paint.
He did reinforce the wing when he fitted the retracts...
