the lights on the ez-start hand wand mean nothing. if the ez-start spins but doesnt spin the engine ,the overrunning clutch has oil on it. take the ez-stat off drill a hole in the black plastic, center the hole on the overrunning clutch. spray starting fluid in and it will clean the overrunning clutch, letting it spin the engine.
