FWIW, I bought the Voodoo and the kit is siting in it's box till I get good with my 4*. I am looking forward to the day I can take this plane out and start building it because my skills allow me to.

If you really look at the Dago kit it's nothing more than a 4* in basic body style. Low wing, tail drager, scale size elevator and rudder surface. Not a 3D plane of any kind, as a matter of fact it might fly a bit long in the tooth compared to your others. The biggest thing is it should be a faster plane considering the gear is retractable and you will decrease drag there.

The big difference is that you will be able to run flaps/flaperons on the Dago. The other thing is retracts. I think you are probably more than ready to get a DagoRed. If you enable flaps, that thing will land as slow as any trainer.
