The Tettra 'bubble free' tanks http://www.centralhobbies.com/Fuel/fueltnk2.html have a bladder so no air can get into the fuel. I've never used one but they look like they would give very reliable fuel flow. RCU members from Europe mention these so there is probably a dealer closer to you than Central.
