2.4 is the same for both. the air and ground designations for the 72 and 75 was so you would have separation at designated air fields. the ground could be used anywhere and unknown to air pilots so they had to be different so that they would not jam an air channel. 2.4 doesn't jam so no need for ground or air designation.
