Seems like they're giving up on you here. The bottom line is that learning on a high wing prop plane will cost you a few hundred to start and you can get back in the air for much less after a crash. Starting out with a turbine will cost you at a minimum about $3000.00 and anything more than a bad landing may cost you a few hundred to a few thousand to get back in the air.
