ORIGINAL: Tired Old Man
Any Brison component that is not part of the old Allison inventory is now made in China and later assembled in Canada. At least that was the plan told to me by Kangke people after they took over Brison. Not at all certain but I would guess the China business model would insist any new parts be made ''at home'' to better satisfy profitability.
TOM, I was referring to Dan's and my discussion (posts 17 and 18) regarding the FPE change from Sachs to other cylinders .... I believe Huskvarna (sp?) Sorry for the confusion.
I have no clue what is in a current Brison engine for a crank.
