Thank y'all for your suggestions. I'm using Windows 7 Professional version. It has built-in DirectX 11, I do not wish to down grade it to DirectX 9, that's why I'm not using the Simulator. If this simulator support DirectX 11, it would have run, since it does not support so, it was not running at all, in fact every time I tried to run it, a pop up comes up the windows closing the program.
