Tim,

my understanding is that this is one of Steve Helms Tipo's. I believe it to be the 825 squares version with the engine mounted inverted with an S shaped header bringing the exhaust to the top of the fuse. The pipe then runs inside the fuse top and exhaust out the bottom behind the wing TE with an exhaust diverter extension.

Note the holes to allow cooling air to pass in and out of the fuse - much like in Prettner's Magic.
