Well if you didnt touch the engine. check for an air leake in the following places:
1) Fuel line cut/nipped/ chaffed endings?
2) Dirt in fuel tank door/hole/leaks otherwise?
3) fuel lines touching exhaust or other hut surfaces?

Sometimes this is possible to miss: Make sure your exhaust feedback tubing is connected!
