DLE30 is a fine engine, just don't use the stock "muffler". It tests out over 100 db per AMA testing standards and well into the pain range at full power and 10'. I don't know about you, but I kind of like my hearing to work. A friend has a DLE30 with the 3DHS canister and that is a very nice setup.

Take a look at the Syssa 30, nice engine and it comes with an effective muffler.
