Default RE: Tuned Pipe throttle question

Hi!
You don't have to set up a tuned pipe!!!!!
Most pipe systems are plug and play!
Like the JETT , Nelson or MVVS systems! On these systems there is nothing to adjust ! Just mount the pipe and go! What you have to adjust is the choice of prop size, fuel (nitro content) tank system and glow plug .
Here is what I recommend from 30 years of competing in pylon racing.

1.Get a 240cc (8oz) Tettra "Bubbleless tank"!

2. Second best: Get an ordinary R/C clunk tank( 240cc tank), preferably set up with two clunks (called Uni-flow set up) This system with two clunks gives more even fuel pressure delivery to the carb.

3. Mount the tank according to the tank mounting rule!

4. Use 5% nitro fuel!

5. Use a good plug like a Enya 3 or 4. or Nova Rossi 4or 5.

6. Use a good prop like a RAM , Graupner "Cam-prop" or APC! Please not MA or Kyosho!
