Bren Gun Carrier
In answer to a request by a forum member, I am posting these photos of my Bren Gun Carrier.
This AFV is a Verlinden 120mm static resin model that I converted to R/C about 10 years ago. It runs well, but the suspension is fixed. I didn't feel like trying to make it functional, that was too much work.....
The circuit board is out of a kids R/C tank toy......one of those New Bright products from China. It was a miracle that the board and other things fit in the available space without messing everything up. I really got involved with the cosmetic details on this thing and it is one of my favorites. Technology has marched on since then and R/C equipment has gotten a lot smaller, thanks to the robotics people. I also did a Jeep back then. and a Dingo using the Tamiya R/C Kubelwagen guts.
