you say that you know someone that ran cold fusion fuel and had a problem with an engine wearing out. i am curious as to who that is. i would like to get some more info on this "quick wear out". what kind of engine? what type of fuel? what is the owners tuning experience? i am not asking to bash anyone, merely to find out all the facts.the reason i am interested is that i have done quite a bit of research into cold fusion fuel and i was so impressed that i have agreed to become a distributor for their products. cold fusion uses only the best indegredients available.and all fuels are blended to order to insure the best quality reaching the end user.there are many blends available from rtr blends for the inexperienced tuner to race blends for the seasoned tuners with many many blends in between. if an end user was using the race blend 30% nitro with 9% oil it will absolutely scream however it does not leave much room for error when tuning. cold fusion has been shown to give snappier throttle response, slightly longer run times,as well as cooler head temps. than other comporable fuels, and often is cheaper .for more info on what is available check out

there is lots of different fuels out there. 1. i would see what your local hobby shop carries. availibity is important. 2. are u racing or are you bashing.3 read your owners manual. read the manufavtors recomendation... i race, i use byrons 25%. it has great power and has a good oil content to protect my engine.... other ones i race with have used cold fusion fuel and has had problems with the engine wearing out quick.. when choosing a fuel look at the oil % you want 12% plus or minis 1 . ive heard o'donnels is also a great fuel. ive used nothing but byrons in my force 28 and i run 4 gallons through it and it is still running great. my race engine is a mach 2 .21 on my 2nd gallon on it no issues. so i think im using the right fuel for what i am doing with it. but i would go with what is availible in your area. for bashing i woud just get the 20% nitro. i might try 30% next year.
