Default Nitroplanes SUCK!

<span style="font-size: larger"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman">Ordered my Katana 50cc on 11/30/10. Opened it up and the canopywas hammered! Called the following day and the guy said take pictures and we'll send you a new one. Received an email the next day on where to send the pics. That's the last I heard from them. Since then I've tried calling several times and can not get through to anyone. There tech support phone numbers are a joke. On number just rings and rings. The other number goes directly to voice mail. I got lucky one time and got through to a holding que. I was number 7 in line. Waited 45 minutes listing to an announcement every 15 seconds telling be where I was in the que only to be disconnected once I was at #1 . This is the worse RC company I've ever used and would not ever use them again! I&rsquo;m so disgusted with the poor quality of the plane I&rsquo;m probably going to toss it and start over.</span></span></span><o></o></span></p>
