Opened it up and the canopywas hammered! Called the following day and the guy said take pictures and we'll send you a new one. Received an email the next day on where to send the pics. That's the last I heard from them. Since then I've tried calling several times and can not get through to anyone. There tech support phone numbers are a joke. On number just rings and rings. The other number goes directly to voice mail. I got lucky one time and got through to a holding que. I was number 7 in line. Waited 45 minutes listing to an announcement every 15 seconds telling be where I was in the que only to be disconnected once I was at #1 . This is the worse RC company I've ever used and would not ever use them again! I’m so disgusted with the poor quality of the plane I’m probably going to toss it and start over.</span></span></span><o
