The maiden flight went great. Winds were almost perfect but worked out well.


This plane flies so good its crazy.... literally landing at walking speeds is an under statement, and the DLE 30 is crazy crazy power on this airframe, I never went over 1/4 throttle the whole day and it jumps right off the runway at less than a 1/4 throttle. Im using a xoar 18/8 sword prop.

I did everything I could to find a bad charateristic in this plane and failed.... I stalled it out in level flight to see if it would tip stall or get crazy when its slow and it was perfect.

Flew her about 6 times today and my buddy race flew it a couple times as well....

Absolutely love love love this plane.... the only thing I am changing is the tail wheel. I think the design was poor but thats ok
