To add what others have said about Phil. I have dealt with Phil a couple of times, and my 2c is when there was a problem with an order (his supplier's fault) and not his fault by any means, he kept in constant contact with me about the issue, and never once did I feel shorted at all. He is a top notch business man, his costumer service is outstanding.
