need more info on counter steer
i get the basics. i know that some have setup the rear tires to spin faster than the front. and that that usually involves a belt driven 4wd with a smaller spur in the rear.
so, hear is my issue. i have an exceed mad speed. now IMO, its not a bad little car for the money. it drift pretty well as-is, but not like in vids i have seen of counter steer setups.
now, the exceed is a shaft driven car. i dont think i can have any way to gear up the rear end by itself.
however, i do have a nice mustang body....and i have 2 different sets of drift tires. one set is just flat smooth plastic over a rim, and the other set is a profiled smooth rubber tire on a rim. in other words, on set has a slightly larger diameter.
now, what i need to know is will it be enough? for a counter steer setup, how much faster does the rear have to spin in relation to the front?
lastly, do i have to find some way to increase the steering angle as well?
