Just think how nice it would be if the water on the dry lake bed would take out all of the ruts left by the quads, RV's, dirt bikes and so forth.
It kinda does and we drag the area where we fly but you have to time it just right. Sad thing is some yuk always comes along before it is dry enough to drag and likes to use our area for a bur out spot. Just got the report for tomorrow, out area is still under water, the South end is dry but trucks have driven over the area. Everyone has been flying at the Lake Mead flying site. I like it out there but some of the guys have problems with it being asphalt and having to land in the correct area. We get spoiled with 7 sq. miles of flat!!
