The Tribute can't really hang with the current lineup of 3D profiles as far as 3D goes.
If you really want a great 3D bird in that size, the only real choice for glow is the [link=http://www.swanyshouse.com/mojo25/mojo25.aspx]Swanyshouse MoJo25[/link].
It's a kit, but an easy build.

A better choice to learn on would be a 40 size as they are a bit slower.
MoJo 40 or a LamYak 40 are excellent first builds and will reward you with GREAT flight characteristics.
