We are e-Tailers catering to the Cox fan community. 100% do we debit a buyer's credit card before shipping. That is not only industry standard but the only practical way to proceed.

The buyer adds items to his/her cart, proceeds through checkout and pays via credit card. Subsequently, we process the order and ship. The difference here is that we ship within one business day; in the vast majority of cases same day as order placement.

I am proud to say that we have never, ever, had a credit card chargeback. With over 30,000 items per year sold, this speaks for itself.

Personally, I recommend buyers set up a Paypal account and pay with such. Additionally, fund the Paypal payment with a credit card. This method is pretty well 100% bullet-proof against unethical sellers.

If you get taken, simply contact your card issuer and, with alomost 100% certainty, a transaction will be reversed.
