I use a product called DURA FIX. It's really easy to work with just a propane tourch. I have made muffler's, motor mount's, exsuast extensions, reinforced landing gear's and a bunch of other stuff. Check out their web site at DURAFIX.COM. and watch the videos or go to YouTube and watch from there. I think you will like it. My club member's didn't believe you could work alu without a Tigwelder.
