This is my first RC heli and I have been having a blast learning how to fly it. I have replaced the the skids with the MIA Tuff Skids after breaking 2 of the stock ones and also the blade grips with a metal one. I have progressed to flying banked turns around the post in my basement and can control the heli pretty well when I don't get too confident. I still crash into the walls quite often, mostly when I run out of room when trying to recover from higher speed moves. I have the dual rate set to "high".
I have a few questions to experienced mSR owners:
1.- I have to give the heli significantly more left rudder to start turning than right rudder (probably around 30% stick travel left before anything start happening). Makes it much harder to fly counterclockwise turns. Is this normal?
2.- The tail will hold direction OK, but it has a bit of a "shutter". Is this normal?
3.- When hovering without any stick input, it will wander in all 4 directions. Is this normal?

4.- Would using a better TX (i.e. DX6i) make a difference in flight control?

Just trying to figure out if I broke something or if all is as it should be since I have no comparison or experience with another heli.

All input appreciated.
