I haven't flown my mSR on acro with my DX6i. I'm just going by what I've heard. I found some great info on how to program the DX6i in heli mode with better throttle curves and such andI've been using that. It's worked great for me and I've had noticeably less blow outs under harder acceleration.

I bought that for $9 and it's been GREAT! Found a lot of good info in it. Well worth the 9 bucks in my opinion. The guys entire website is pretty good.

No that's all fine and I think we are in agreement, that if your have the knowledge, heli mode and some adjustments is the better way to go.
Interesting that you think it flies funny in acro, I didn't experience that, I thought in acro itwas much the same as the little tx it came with but just because it's a DX6i the feel and control is much better.
