Swanyshouse does not mass produce kits. It's just a guy with a regular job that does this as a favor to the hobby.
He will get it to you but there is no shipping department, no marketing department, just a guy with a regular job that does these kits on the side.
Paul usually responds to emails and if you are worried, send him one. I keep a couple kits on the shelf as backup in case I smash one of my planes.
