Has anyone used a setup like this? I must admit I just hate the idea of an old-fashioned half-meter long push-rod running through the middle of my model. But on my SE5a, a pull-pull system all the way to the elevator just won't work. For every good scale reasons the elevator is actually operated by an arm on the music wire joiner for the elevator halves. So what I'm thinking of doing is setting up a very short push-rod on a bellcrank set up at about the stab LE and then have the bellcrank operated by pull-pull cables. Actually because of servo location and space, there will also need to be a bellcrank on the other end.

Is this just silly of me?
