Ive used the set up several times too. On small stuff, big stuff, WWI, WWII. On bigger stuff I try to use ball links on all internal links to give a very positive slop free set up. Don, I'm dissapointed you aint doing the closed loop elevators, shame on you!!!

My 1/4 scale Se5 uses the same set up for elevator drive, belcrank under the tailplane with a short 3mm rod and clevis.
