Any chance you can show a sketch or a snapshot of the plans to help understand what needs to be made?
OK, some pics. 1 & 2 show my interpretation of the T/E of the elevator. 3 & 4 show the plans with 4 showing the angles required for the backside if the ele. spar and the T/E of the ele. sheeting. There aren't any profiles of the ribs on the plans, if there were this might be easier.
