I haven't been able to see Chip fly the bip yet as I have been on the other flight line, but I did watch Jason fly in a very strong wind today, with no problems. I believe he posted better scores today then yesterday.
It sounds like they are going to continue testing for sound, but will probably not penalize anyone for noise violations due to problems with the calibration of the meter.

With 46 pilots on each flight line and using 30 for the ration is causing some pilots to always fly in the same wind conditions. If you started out in the morning or the evening on the first day, they you will be flying throughout the day. But for example, Chip will be flying at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, I'm not sure of the time for the 4th flight.
