When you say the helicopter goes to the left, Do you mean the nose rotates to the left or the helicopter tilts towards the left?
You may have already done this but with the throttle hold switch on move the servo's slowley at first and check for smooth and constant movement. I have had servo's with a broken teeth on the drive gears and caused me simular problems.
