Default RE: Need help finding a good tank (baffles, clunk)

Carrellh is quite correct on the 'Bubbless' type tanks. They have been a deep dark secret for years now of the RC pylon community but actually they are extremely valuble at times on certain problamatical airplanes.

Heck I use them on all my controlline airplanes and much to the distain of traditionalist. There is no clunk used or are there any baffles. They are uneeded and these tanks have far superior fuel delivery performance to any conventional Suction or suction/muffler pressure system.

No anti foaming padding is needed or recommended and the tanks can be mounted in any position. Check Carrolls link above at Central Hobbies be careful that you purchase the Tetra Bubbless tanks and not the conventional Tetra tanks. They are about three times the conventional price but worth every penny in uniform engine runs under all attitudes and 'G' loads.
