I have a great planes cherokee 140 and bought it last summer. It flies excellent.  I take it off from a grass strip. I took off the wheel pants, and instaledl some 3.5 inch tires all the way around. I have a .46 os max with a bisson muffler.   The link below is a you tube video os my plane.
