People in the Construction industry are having to do this at the moment............ Why am I doing it at the moment....... Well to keep approx 250 staff in employment.... No one can continue with negative margins but for the moment this is what is having to be done....... There is another choice I surpose that would be to stay in bed and lay off 250 staff..... Not somthing I want to do

That's fair enough Dennis, have to respect you for doing that and being able to do it. I have got rid of 3 staff so far and i didn't like doing that.
Same here I just closed an office of 12 staff not nice at all..... So just hanging in there will hopefully things pick up... It is very hard for many at the moment
