I've yet to hear of a cub that was easy to fly. I've seen a number of them fly well though. We have one pilot that just kept his nose to the grind stone and at first, there were generally five or six aborts before take off. You should see him now. Straight down the runway each and every time, same for landing. If a cub last long enough, it will make you a good pilot. We have a couple guys who used to fly full scale and acording to them, they fly about the same.
