Must be. Difference is, that I join my elevator halves and move them via a horn that attaches to the joiner, and is hidden inside the fuselage. Of course, my scale planes tend to last for years, rather than for weeks. I have one scale plane that has logged over 1000 flights, and is now nearly 16 years old. Might be due to not flying them outside of the scale envelope.
