Yes, like David said there should be a conversion kit available, just call Patty and she should be able to get one put together for you. I had two of the older kits that were converted and that was before the AFS version that is out now. I know they are also working on an even more advanced kit right now.
If you have not started it that would be best because the main differences are the intakes ducts, (no change to fuse cowls) and some former changes as well. Fuel tanks have been greatly upgraded also to keep the CG from changing during flight.
The best upgrade is to go with the newer landing gear set up like the Bandits use, much stronger to handle the crosswind conditions. Also you will want to fill in the cusp where the leading edge meets the fuse on the underside of the wing. That has been addressed on the BVM site and you can check that out there
