I've made my own neons and front/rear lights, prob do brake lights when I get round to cutting up this cheapo servo I have.
I'm drifting on insulation tape because I haven't tried anything other than some cheapo treaded drift tyres off ebay, they didn't last long and are too small to give me ground clearance now, lol. It handles, I think, really well. Soooo much better than when I started out before mods/upgrades. There is a lot of ballast on there too for near perfect 50/50 front/back and side to side. I used stainless steel bolts for ballast, lol!
I'll most likely run this until I decide to go CS at which point I'll probably get a Sakura Zero S or a TA05 maybe. It had been a lot of fun playing with it and I'm still not bored of it after a few months. Still need some bits like adjustable upper arms because it's running about 2 deg. camber all round. I'd like to get rid of the play in the steering too.
I know it's not great but it is fun! What you reckon??
I'm trying to avoid buying any hop ups that do nothing for me too, the drive train hasn't suffered much as the motor's not too powerful.
