How good is the Nexstar Electric? Giving it some consideration, looking at the mini rxr. Either that or the full blown one and just swap the RX for a Spektrum to match my DX6i.

The batteries and charger I bought for it were too expensive and I gave up on it fast. There is nothing wrong with the plane and flies absolutely nice. I never flew with the PA2 system connected as my instructor was not very fond of it ( for good reason too)

I found that for me, flying just about 12mins and waiting to recharge the batteries was not worth it. Of course, I could have bought a spare set of batteries and continue, BUT i decided to go to glow.
I bought the Hobbico 60 size MKIII trainer as an RTF that comes with an OS .65LA engine and have been extremely happy (both with the plane and the engine).

Again, beautiful plane, great setup but NOT for me .... comes down to a preference.
