Would buying a used kit-built aircraft be an ARF, or even RTF?
I guess my distinction is:
If the airframe (major components like fuselage, wing panels, and tail) was built and covered in a 'factory' prior to being shipped to the original retail purchaser it falls into the ARF/RTF/BNF/PNP/ABC/XYZ category.
If the original retail purchaser has to build and cover the model I consider it a kit no matter how many times it is sold after it is built.
