Yes, I voted...care to guess yea or nay? (HINT: as a condition to use the field, my club is already required to abide by the 400 ft ceiling (since during weekdays this is an active airfield), and the 200 mph AMA gas-turbine speed advisory)
EDIT: Corrected the speed part of my original post, and amplifying remarks about the 400 ft ceiling.
My old club flying from the Grand Haven, Mich airport also had the 400ft ceiling limit and required a dedicated spotter whenever RC planes were in the air.
