Default RE: If rules change, will you honor new rules?

ORIGINAL: loser

I have been flying for 30 years or so and can only make a guess as to wether my planes are at 300, 400 or 700 feet. Likewise with one of my elec hotliners or pyloners...100mph, 140 or more...??? As has been mentioned in this and other threads....very subjective and how the heck will it be measured and enforced....by anyone.
If there is an accident or incident, and you were determined to have gone more than the altitude or speed limit, I suppose it could affect your insurance coverage as well as your liability for the damages. Just like how most traffic violations go unpunished until one of them results in an accident.
