If the ruling, indeed, mirrors the senator's letter, what will the remaining RCU/AMA forum have left to debate?
well, for starters,
we know the amendment that passed unanimously
does NOT do
"excludes model airplanes from new FAA regulations"
as the senator said.
What it does is create a
conditional exclusion
for some folks
out of the regulations against models.
That is what the fight is about.
Folks say they will obey the rules but fight them,
but I wonder just what org they will be using to do that,
since it was AMA's lobbyer that got that rule in the first place... will AMA be fighting the rule AMA got put in?
