I understand that some of this has been beaten to death in various postings...But forget the subject and help me understand that we do not have to follow AMA guidelines and suggestions... Is that true? we can fly anyway we wish at AMA fields because there are no Rules? only guidelines and suggestions by AMA....
That is right to a point. If the AMA finds out they may pull the clubs Charter. So no insurance. If the property is leased then they will likely run you off when the AMA notifies them that you have no insurance..
