OK fellows, here is your opportunity to have a good laugh. But that is ok, as long as somebody answers my question.

What is the " PLASTIC WIRE LOOM " that comes with the DLE-20 used for ? Have never seen others using it on their engines and is it really necessary ? Can only assume that it is used to wrap the ignition wire. But as I stated, I do not see others using it for that purpose.
