I believe in giving credit where it is due.

This ASP is an inexpensive and highly under-appreciated engine.
Its clone with the Magnum nameplate has somewhat more credit, but its American importer sells it with a substantial premium.


I've seen it perform. It might be a bit more difficult to adjust, but at a third of the price I am willing to waste a bit more time on it.


However, for the OP, I still think this is not the right engine, because it is too light in weight.
