I feel like there is too much fuel getting in the block however... After a few times of attempting to start it, I tried just for kicks to check if it was flooded and empty it and there was LOTS of fuel in the block. Idk if it might be the needle valve, should I start over with "tuning" it per the manufacturer's specifications?
if you'vebeenplaying with the needle valve already, you should get it back to it's factory settings. this should be arround 2 1/2 turns from the fully closed position but you can check your manual just to make sure.
