I`m already scratch building an Toni Clarks 1/3 Pitts special, so 35 will be way too small. Need atleast 50.

I`m not sure you understood what i ment with "complite engine".
Lets say, if i take off two nice oringe engine sides of an husqvarna there will fall out lot of small pieces, as the cranksaft etc. As the bearings and cranksaft are fitted into these sides. Only thing could be done is to cut excessive material around the bearings, is that what you do?
