Default What brand of saw engines are best to convert??

Hi
I don't know other sites bigger than this. Have good knowledge and convert chainsaw engines .
I know other sites but they are for weedies and you need more power .
Go to chainsaw repair shops and talk with mechanics, after this if mechanics have good feeling with me I make a small gift usually a piece of cake help ,too much.
Any ideas of other site for conversion like www.rcfaq.com for you RCU members ?.
Also help me , I went to chainsaw sellers and see the new machines and talk with sellers, and see if they have an oficial mechanic service and go to see the future candidate without cover and talk with mechanic.
If you go to buy a used machine take your screwdriver, keys , etc
and take out the muffler of machine and see thru the exhaust port , the things must look very good inside, dont rely on compression only thru the feeling of rope starter. To make this you must have a little of practice or like me , buy a bad machine and adquire practice very quickly , hehehe, I am spend 15 U$S in a Echo 510 but I saved a carb and high voltage coil.
Other thing you can make is go to Search option in Engine conversion forum here and type your brand of engine and see what happen.
I have a converted Homelite 38 cc single ring , converted from near new chainsaw with CDI, nice engine.
A friend of mine make the lathe work, this Homelite ( and the 33 and 45 cc) is easy to convert, good front crankshaft side.
Have perseverance .
Have a nice day.
